  • The course is designed for nurse navigators working with oncology patients to develop effective, evidence-based strategies for discussing tobacco use with patients, and referring those patients currently using tobacco to tobacco treatment services.

  • Summarize Ask, Advise, Refer model to engage patients in tobacco use treatment, including using a validated question to assess tobacco use
