FON - Moral Storm and Stress First Aid Shelters

Upon completion of this 60-minute training, participants will understand how unaddressed moral distress can manifest into moral residue, forcing nurses to display an unrealistic, unsustainable form of burdened courage in practice.  Additionally, the 3 conceptual models of Stress First Aid for Healthcare Workers will be introduced as a framework to manage the day-to-day challenges associated with professional nursing practice.
