Nurse burnout continues to be a significant challenge affecting workforce stability, patient outcomes, and organizational performance. “From Nursing Burnout to Sustainable Teams: Data‑Driven Trends and Strategies” equips nurse leaders with evidence‑informed insights into the operational, environmental, and cultural factors that contribute to burnout across clinical settings. Participants will examine eight key RN burnout predictors and explore how predictive workforce data can guide early identification and timely intervention. The session also provides practical executive‑ and manager‑level strategies to strengthen team resilience, reduce turnover risk, and build healthier, more sustainable nursing teams
