  • Identify current guidelines in order to provide optimal care to patients with serious illness
  • Demonstrate the tools available for collecting and analyzing data on quality measures
  • Explain the MWM initiative from the AAHPM, identify the 10 top measures that matter and participate in future project phases.
  • Describe the changes in reimbursement policies and implement strategies or new procedures to link to quality measurement
