To emphasize the use of multiple images of the hand, wrist, and forearm will better delineate the deformity so appropriate management can be performed. To gain knowledge and experience in the use of custom designed implants as well as standard implants and biologic injections for treatment of complex deformities of the humerus and forearm bones.
To present and discuss the current state of rotator cuff repair in massive injuries of the cuff and rehabilitation of these repairs, and knee ligament reconstruction.
To describe the projected outcome of the total knee and hip in patients with various preoperative co-morbidities. In order to decide the most appropriate surgical approach as well as the type of implant and rehabilitation for an optimal outcome in each individual patient. Also to determine the best method of diminishing postoperative pain in patients with total hip and total knee arthroplasty.
