•Understand current North Carolina laws around opioid safety and prescribing.

•Utilize CDC guidelines for chronic pain prescribing.

•Discuss utilization of NC CSRS and EPIC in documenting opioid prescribing practices.

•Describe practices changes that may be effective for safe opioid prescribing.

•Review quality improvement project regarding clinic policy and flow in response to NC STOP Act.
