Internal Medicine Update with Focus on Hospital Medicine
The care of an acutely ill patient has grown increasingly complex over time. Vast amounts of new knowledge are produced on an annual basis, making it increasingly challenging to stay current. Care delivery requires careful coordination across a continuum and involves many different providers with different strengths and skillsets. This program will focus on case based learning using the most up to date evidence to help prepare all providers for the challenges of the acutely ill patien
Target Audience
The intended audience includes all internal medicine practitioners, family medicine practitioners, pharmacists, nurse practitioners and physicians assistants with a particular focus on those who practice inpatient medicine.
