As you are aware, COVID-19 continues to be a national and global health concern.   In following the guidance from Duke University, we have elected to cancel our annual Spring Trauma Symposium scheduled for March 20.

The health and safety of our attendees and the patients they take care of is our number one concern. While this was a difficult and disappointing decision to make, our conference attendees work to save the lives of people every day.  It is our responsibility, in an abundance of caution, to safeguard them from any potential exposure to COVID-19.

Over the next two weeks, we will begin the refund process for all attendees and event sponsors.  You do not need to contact us at this time.  You should see your refund in the next 14 business days to the card it was placed.
