We welcome exhibitors to this continuing medical education activity. An exhibit fee of $1250.00 will be assessed for one exhibit table. The registration fee will be waived for up to two (2) exhibit staff members for each table-top exhibit.
Please be advised that the Food & Drug Administration (FDA) has restrictions on the promotion of investigational and pre-approved drugs and devices. You can obtain specific information from the FDA at the website: http://www.fda.gov/cder/ddmac/
Each exhibitor (company) will have one skirted table for their exhibits. Exhibit tables are available on a first-come, first-served basis and will not be assigned beforehand. The exhibit space will be available for set-up starting at 12:00 noon. The meeting registration begins at 12:15 pm, and the first session will begin at 1:00 pm.
