  1. Describe the role of prenatal and perinatal interventions in influencing respiratory outcomes of neonates 
  2. Identify scientific investigations and discoveries that could potentially transform neonatal care
  3. Recognize the impact of parental advocacy on respiratory care in the NICU
  4. List interventions during delivery room resuscitation and NICU course that affect neonatal respiratory outcomes
  5. Implement respiratory care strategies that mitigate the risk of lung injury in neonates
