Friends of Nursing Grand Rounds - Communication: Let’s Talk

To enhance healthcare professionals’ understanding and practice of interdisciplinary communication that is effective, respectful, and inclusive. Effective communication is foundational to safe, equitable, and patient-centered care. This session will explore strategies for fostering collaborative dialogue across disciplines, addressing implicit bias, and promoting psychological safety within clinical teams. Participants will gain practical tools to improve interactions with colleagues, patients, and families, ultimately strengthening team cohesion and improving health outcomes.
