Through attendance at this session participants will be able to:

 

 Identify when a child and/or family is in distress related to a parent’s cancer diagnosis

 

Describe the benefits of providing child life specialist services to children and teens of adult cancer patients

 

Refer families to appropriate support resources of the Duke Cancer Patient Support Program
