If you registered for the live synchronous session, and were not able to attend, you can always register and review the recorded version.
- A monograph in each tier which is a self-study presenting foundational information in Tier1 and treatment specific information in Tier 2. Please review the description of the monograph and register to review and complete it if this is your preferred format for education.
Please NOTE: In order to complete the requirements of Stage B, you must complete one activity (the live synchronous webinar OR the archived webinar OR the monograph) in Tier 1 and in Tier 2. You have until ______________________to complete the requirements of stage B.
