2021 ALICE
ALICE program is a leadership development opportunity for mid-career women faculty in the School of Medicine. ALICE – Academic Leadership, Innovation, and Collaborative Engagement – provides in-depth opportunities for leadership skill development, personal reflection and goal setting, peer-mentoring, and structured 360 feedback. The program accepts up to 18 mid-career women faculty per year. Participants are chosen based on a competitive selection process and must be nominated by their chair or similar leadership official.

Learning Objectives
After completing this program, participants will increase competence, knowledge, and performance abilities outlined in the learning objectives, preparing them as mid-career leaders within the organization.
