2024 NURSING EVIDENCE-BASED PRACTICE FELLOWSHIP
During this 12-month fellowship program, nurses and other healthcare disciplines will develop and complete a project using EBP methods from project development through dissemination. The focus will be on project implementation and sustainability that are apriority within the strategic plan of Duke University Health System. Participants will meet monthly with coaches and program faculty and have ongoing work to advance the implementation of their projects.

Learning Objectives
Identify the components and processes used to develop and implement a quality improvement project by appraising the literature,
identifying stakeholders and organization priorities,
learning administrative approval and Duke Health IRB processes,
and develop implementation and sustainability processes with measurable outcomes.
