2025 Kidney Breakout Session (Enduring)

In support of improving patient care, Duke University Health System Clinical Education and Professional Development is accredited by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE), and the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME), to provide continuing education for the health care team. The designation was based upon the quality of the educational activity and its compliance with the standards and policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME), the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE), and the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC).

Program Description: The Southeast Regional Transplant Summit (the "Summit") brings together leaders in the field of transplantation to share the latest scientific advances in the perioperative care of solid organ transplant patients. The Summit strives to facilitate the multidisciplinary adoption of new research results and practice guidelines in kidney, liver, lung, and pediatric multi-organ transplantation. The Summit features didactic and video-based presentations on current research as well as interactive debates and discussions of interesting and challenging case studies. Participants will engage in question-and-answer sessions and learn from transplantation experts. Afternoon organ-specific breakout sessions are available for focused learning. The Summit's enduring content is a unique program that is affordable, accessible, and tailored to meet the demands of today's busy healthcare providers.
