Advances in Epilepsy Treatment CME Symposium 2019

Duke Neurology and Neurosurgery are collaborating to host a CME that will aim to further the knowledge of general neurologists, advance practice providers, and other providers to better care and advocate for their patients with epilepsy.

Target Audience

The target audience for this CME includes general neurologists, advanced practice providers, neurosurgeons and other providers with an interest or need to learn about advancements within the scope of epilepsy patient care.

Learning Objectives

1. Become knowledgeable about practice standards of care for persons with epilepsy.

2. Appreciate the role of new medical and surgical treatment options for epilepsy.

3. Understand the psychological consequences of epilepsy.
