Effective leader development is progressive, builds on lessons learned, and maximizes individual potential. With this developmental approach in mind, this program builds on the premise of a 1-year program. The sessions are developed around the three key broad topics as discussed in our meeting: Leadership & leadership styles, Change & Change Immunity, and EQ/Communication.
