Audiology Grand Rounds – Making Sense of Inequity to Promote Resilience for Children and Families
As a result of attending this session attendees will 1) discuss the current treatment options for patients with unilateral and asymmetric hearing loss (UHL/AHL), 2) describe limitations of current treatment options for UHL/AHL, and 3) list the potential benefits of cochlear implant use for UHL/AHL recipients on measures of speech recognition, spatial hearing, and quality of life.
