Can We Stop Suicide?

Provide nurses with the knowledge and approaches necessary to understand, recognize and appropriately intervene anytime individuals at risk for suicide encountered. The focus directed towards raising awareness of suicide as a health priority requiring well-trained and confident clinicians to address. Nursing staff also need to implement current evident-based clinical practices to identify properly, prevent, support and care for individuals at risk of killing or harming themselves
