Presentation geared around psychosocial aspects of end of life care pertaining to caregivers and their role in patient care. Discussion regarding support to caregivers, the stressors they face and the hardship of end of life care. Roles of Hospice Team in how to best aid caregivers during these trying times.

  • Discuss psychosocial needs in Hospice from admission through bereavement.
