CHILD ADULT RELATIONSHIP ENHANCEMENT (CARE) TRAINING 4/30/2026
Child-Adult Relationship Enhancement (CARE) is a trauma-informed way for any adult to interact with any child or teen. It seeks to increase positive child-adult interaction and child engagement. Participants will learn a skill set that will enhance child-adult relationships in any setting with children ages, 2-18.
This is a private course; this course is not taking additional attendees.

Learning Objectives
By the conclusion of the workshop, participants will be able to:
* Identify at least 2 reasonswhy use of CARE skills with children and teens may benefit those with a trauma history.
*List 3 ways to improve relationships with children and teens, including how to improvebehaviors in children and teens.
* Discuss how to help adults provide instructions that aremore likely to improve compliance rather than defiance.
* Discuss how CARE skills can beeasily implemented into multiple settings, including schools.
