A review of best practices to optimize teaching in the outpatient setting.  Preceptors need to better understand the best methods to teach individuals from a different younger generation, and to learn how to do this in a timely manner. Also, preceptors need assistance with learning best practices for how best to incorporate learners into the outpatient setting in a way that does not result in work slow down or patient frustration.
