CREATING INCLUSIVE LEARNING ENVIRONMENTS IN SIMULATION AND CLINICAL SETTINGS
This work aims to discuss the value of supporting an inclusive learning environment in the classroom, laboratory, and clinical settings.
Dr. Desiree Diaz, president elect of the International Nursing Association for Clinical and Simulation Learning will present a framework that describes the importance of, and how faculty can create more inclusive learning environments overall.
There will be a presentation providing strategies for promoting psychological safety and strategies for promoting inclusive learning in he clinical settings.
Provide strategies for creating an inclusive learning environment in clinical and simulation settings, and share exemplars of how faculty have created inclusive learning.
