DCN RETREAT 2026
The Duke Cancer Network plans, organizes, and implements the DCN Retreat annually for DCN affiliates to gather together for learning, team building and networking. Targeted to meet the needs of every member of the healthcare team - including nursing, medicine, pharmacy and administrative staff, the DCN Retreat is focused on education and training across professional borders. The goal is to ultimately improve the care of patients through teamwork and collaboration. We will use information captured from the 2025 Needs Assessments, current trends in oncology, practice changes and needs identified through continuous interaction to create sessions focusing on deescalation, clinical care, professional development, teamwork, self-care, and system-based practices.
This is a private course; this course is not taking additional attendees.
