  • Presented by DICON (Duke Infection Control Outreach Network) faculty, this education session will focus on testing diagnostics for UTIs (urinary tract infections) and how/when to use reflex urine culture testing, blood culture collection from central lines, CDI (C. difficile infection), and the utilization of respiratory and GI panels. These ideas are presented as bite-sized takeaways and applied across case studies throughout the presentation. The purpose of this format is to show clinicians how to use the tools that are presented.
