Review of cardiogenic shock, invasive and non-invasive hemodynamic strategies, and advanced heart failure therapies including indications, patient management while awaiting advanced heart failure therapies, explanations of different advanced heart failure therapies (IABP, Impella, VADs, and ECMO), and contraindications.
