The purpose of this seminar is to provide emotion regulation skills for nurses as a means to better cope in the face of stress and trauma. This sessions is to designed to improve resiliency in nurses.
Employ the Community Resiliency Model skills to increase sensory-motor awareness skills to re-equilibrate the nervous system from excessive sympathetic or parasympathetic discharge.
