Duke University Health System is committing to zero harm and adopting new strategies for engaging front-line staff in real-time problem-solving. These are strategies that have not been consistently used or implemented within their current work settings. Training is needed to introduce managers and leaders in the health system to these new strategies, associated standard work practice expectations, and information to share with their teams. Including new content around waste identification, standard work, and leader standard work.
