From Feedback to Coaching

This 4 hour workshop for health professions faculty will focus on the specific conversational strategies to develop the skills of (1) giving clear feedback about performance and (2) guiding the learner in self-reflection for the purpose of sharing their thought processes with educators (3) collaborating with the learners to identify practice changes needed.
