This course will help healthcare leaders will enhance their ability to lead high-performance teams, effectively communicate, build trust, manage conflict, achieve commitment, ensure accountability, and ultimately reach their team goals.

Learning Objectives

Objective 1: Leaders will be able to identify and analyze the four primary DiSC communication styles (Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, Conscientiousness) and their impact on team dynamics.

Objective 2: Leaders will gain insights into the concept of vulnerability-based trust and its significance in building strong, trusting relationships within their teams.

Objective 3: Leaders will understand the principles of productive conflict and how to engage in and manage conflicts constructively within their teams.

Objective 4: Leaders will learn strategies to foster commitment from team members towards team goals and objectives.

Objective 5: Leaders will gain insights into methods for establishing and maintaining accountability within their teams.

Objective 6: Leaders will evaluate and apply best practices to ensure their teams achieve desired results through effective collaboration and goal-setting.

Objective 7: Leaders will develop skills for guiding teams to making informed decisions that support team goals and organizational objectives that remain focused on reaching results.
