This workshop will teach the teams the importance of performing quality improvement projects and the steps necessary to successfully plan and execute a QI project.

Target Audience

Interprofessional Geriatric Resource Teams (GRT) in Primary Care Practices.

Justify the importance of learning about developing and implementing QI initiatives.

Explain the key steps in implementing a QI initiatives.

Describe the importance of collaboration and interprofessional teams when doing QI initiatives.
