HEALTH CARE LEADERSHIP & MANAGEMENT
The Health Care Leadership & Management (HCLM) leadership development program targets physicians and PA-Cs with literacy in business, management, and leadership. It further equips participants with the critical leadership skills and knowledge necessary to advance in non-clinical roles in the health care organization. HCLM aims to build critical thinking skills, providing thought-provoking lectures and approaches to enhance leadership skills in the complex context of health care.
