IMPROVEMENT SCIENCE LEADERSHIP COURSE, SESSION 2

The Improvement Science Leadership Course (ISLC) is a department-sponsored five-month longitudinal series with didactic and experiential learning sessions and one-on-one coaching. The ISLC is designed to develop skilled leaders in quality improvement to grow the culture and capacity needed to meet the expectations of our patients and the evolving climate of quality-based healthcare.

Duke University Department of Pediatrics: * Pediatric faculty (MD) and their improvement teams * Administration staff * Division chiefs (MD)
