Leadership Lived Out

September 8, 2017 to May 25, 2018

Leadership Lived Out (LLO) aims to develop patient-care leaders that are grounded in virtuous character and action. LLO will provide GME participants (residents, physician assistants, nurses) with meaningful understanding of core virtues fundamental to the practice of medicine, improved emotional intelligence to exhibit these virtues when interacting with others, and the tools and skills to develop exemplary leadership behaviors. LLO will equip participants to become valued members of healthcare teams as humanistic physician leaders and healers which positively impact patient care.

Learning Objectives

Review 360 degree feedback to gain self-awareness.

Meet with a personal coach to identify gaps in skills and leadership.

Practice specific individualized action plans.
