Learning from Safety Events: Reporting, Swarms, and RCAs
The Duke Health Quality and Safety Conference is an annual event used to showcase quality and safety efforts around all of Duke Health and Duke Lifepoint hospitals. This year, the conference includes two virtual webinars, an in-person session with 2 nationally known keynote speakers from the American Medical Association and 3 informational sessions with presenters local to Duke, showcasing their work in quality and safety. We also have 120 abstracts which will be presented in a virtual poster format. The event will be livestreamed for all of Duke Health.
