Management of Diabetes and Hyperglycemia in the Transplant Population

This presentation will educate APP's and nurses on the management of diabetes and hyperglycemia. Specific topics that will be covered include management of insulin drips; management of diabetes medications prior to the operating room; and the process of adjusting insulin dosing based on blood glucose levels, diet, and organ dysfunction.
