Units throughout the live activity teach strategies to maximize clinicians' time in an appointment. The case calls and resource lists shared with participants help mitigate the lack of administrative support and resources. Updated pediatric mental health guidelines from the American Academy of Pediatrics address the lack of professional guidelines. The guidelines are taught by condition. The coding unit and discussion addresses the insurance / reimbursement issues.
