1. Developing and implementing effective online teaching strategies that cater to diverse learning styles and promote critical thinking in nursing practice.
2. Promoting cultural competence and inclusivity in clinical education by recognizing and addressing diverse backgrounds, beliefs, and experiences of students.
3. Implementing strategies to create a supportive and respectful online learning environment that values diversity and equity.
4. Engaging in ongoing professional development to stay updated on best practices in online education, clinical instruction, and emerging healthcare trends.
