Overview
- The NCMS Academy for Executive Healthcare Leaders is a 9-month leadership development program designed to prepare healthcare leaders for executive-level roles within their organization, professional community, and beyond. The program pairs a deeper understanding and awareness of one’s leadership abilities—gained through a comprehensive 360° leadership assessment and a personalized 1:1 executive coaching session—with an individual experiential change initiative project.
