Nursing Grand Rounds: Microaggressions in the work and learning environment
To enhance nurses’ awareness of the various forms of microaggressions, their prevalence in the health care work and learning environments, and their impact on the health and well-being of colleagues and learners, the overall work culture and, ultimately, the recruitment and retention of top talent. Strategies to address microaggressions will be provided.
