This offering offers the learner a step-by-step guide in the process for developing an outcomes project. The modules offer the rationales and knowledge needed while the live portion provides an opportunity to discuss.

By the end of this activity, the learner will be able to organize and communicate information to the healthcare team to overcome identified barriers to project implementation, engage self and others to constructively manage project implementation timeline, and collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to analyze project proposals.
