Project Management Seminar- Collaborating in Teams Under Complex, Uncertain Conditions
Participants will complete a simple team assignment with restrictions that highlight the challenges of communication, collaboration, and coordinating stakeholders. After completing the exercise, we will debrief the experience as a group, discussing topics such as observed behaviors, unexpected challenges, and how team members collectively organize and solve problems. The activity mimics many workplace challenges common to project management.
Target Audience
Clinical research professionals who develop, review, and/or execute clinical protocols. Administrative, operational, and regulatory professionals who lead and manage study processes, procedures, regulatory, and financial oversight. Project Management Institute (PMI) certified professionals as well as non-certified that encounter project management in their practice.
