Pushing and Pulling - The Glycocalyx and Fluid Choice in the Perioperative and Critical Care Environment

In this lecture, participants will learn about the glycocalyx and how it influences fluid administration. Dr. Privratsky will also examine the evidence for each type of fluid (colloid, crystalloid) and how it affects patient outcomes.
