Target Audience

Medical providers, nurses, hospital administrators, case managers, social workers, service providers for homeless individuals.

Learning Objectives

1) Discuss the benefit of homelessness identification in the medical setting;

2) Understand homelessness as a population health issue

3) Discuss the local and regional strategies to address homelessness as a health issue.
