Overview

This educational program is designed to increase knowledge and optimize collaboration between oncology and community primary care health care professionals, to minimize the impact of treatment for patients with cancer. This event will provide cancer therapy management best practices to enhance patient outcomes. Expert speakers from medicine, will guide participants through updates in cancer care management and supportive measures to prevent, navigate, and decrease the burden of therapies and treatments in patients.
