The SMART Org: Quarterly Calibration Session
Every 90-days teams must recalibrate to ensure everyone is collectively focused and committed to the same business/strategy by ensuring focus on the right priorities. This one-day operational meeting is designed to review team progress and reset quarterly goals; develop leaders, strengthen team health, review organizational architecture alignment (systems, skills, structure, vison, strategy and culture), and effectively manage and resolve current issues and opportunities.

Learning Objectives
Demonstrate team cohesiveness, working effectively together across systems to achieve both business outcomes and positive patient experiences.
Exhibit successful communication skills that support effective collaboration and positive decision-making outcomes.
Review previous quarterly goals for on-track/off-track performance and reset new goals for the upcoming quarter in alignment with the one-year goals and strategic initiatives.
Demonstrate the ability to review the organizational architecture for current or potential gaps that would cause a misalignment and reduce operational effectiveness for the team and/or patients.
Create plans to overcome any organizational architecture misalignments or problems identified during the session using the issues and opportunities decision-making process (Describe>Debate>Decide)
