Unlicensed Education Series Part I

The purpose of this session is to provide professional development opportunities for the unlicensed in means of location resources for completing presentations, writing and presenting exemplars. This session is to supplement the limited education provided in these areas for our unlicensed.

Target Audience

CMA certified medical assistants, RMA, registered medical assistants, MA medical assistance, NCA nursing care assistants, HUC health unit coordinators, PSA patient services associates

Learning Objectives

Identify the tools needed for more proficient and effective patient care delivery.
Describe key techniques and methods for presentation delivery and exemplar writings.
