- Now in its 24th year, the oncology educational conference has offered a comprehensive view of advancements in treatments, techniques, and technologies for treating and managing cancer and blood diseases. With a focus on the impact of research on health care delivery and outcomes, clinical leaders and scientists come together to deliver state of the science and the management of patients with melanoma, sarcoma, breast cancer, lung cancer, acute lymphocytic leukemia, and colorectal cancer. Through a collaborative and concerted effort, expert doctors and nurses, the Duke Cancer Network and Virginia Oncology Associates are excited to emphasize interprofessional approaches to cancer care, recognize clinical discoveries and call attention to evolving research.
