  • Describe how a complex care service can fill current gaps in care for children with medical complexity at Duke Children’s
  • Describe the aim, goals, and objectives of the new Duke Children’s Complex Care Service
  • Articulate the structure and operations of the new Complex Care Service
  • Specify target project outcomes for the 2014-2015 academic year
  • Identify opportunities for collaboration with faculty and staff at Duke Children’s Primary Care
