- Describe how a complex care service can fill current gaps in care for children with medical complexity at Duke Children’s
- Describe the aim, goals, and objectives of the new Duke Children’s Complex Care Service
- Articulate the structure and operations of the new Complex Care Service
- Specify target project outcomes for the 2014-2015 academic year
- Identify opportunities for collaboration with faculty and staff at Duke Children’s Primary Care
